Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Junction- Indian Street food. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Food Service Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. This individual must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPERVISE AND CO-ORDINATE ACTIVITIES OF STAFF WHO PREPARE AND PORTION FOOD
  • TRAIN STAFF IN JOB DUTIES, SANITATION AND SAFETY PROCEDURES
  • ESTIMATE INGREDIENT AND SUPPLIES REQUIRED FOR MEAL PREPARATION
  • HIRE FOOD SERVICE STAFF
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
