Your Responsibilities
- Assist the TKE technical team, sales team, field personnel, local authorities, and clients through direct communication and written correspondence.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and process requests accordingly.
- Support the workflow of bids documents, estimates, change orders, contracts, booking packages, progress billing, and final invoicing.
- Under management supervision, participate in purchasing activities for project materials from initial quotation to final purchase orders and goods receipt planning.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of mod projects from start to finish.
- Monitor, document, and communicate project-specific milestones to internal teams and clients as required.
- Attend internal and external meetings as needed.
- Perform other duties, including general administration tasks.
Your Qualifications
- Post-secondary education, certification, or training relevant to the job duties.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a trade or related industry.
- General understanding of project management concepts, administration, and execution.
- Organizational skills, multitasking abilities, drive, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision.
- Demonstrate understanding of project phases: tenders, contracts, conception, procurements, delivery.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
