Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the TKE technical team, sales team, field personnel, local authorities, and clients through direct communication and written correspondence.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and process requests accordingly.
  • Support the workflow of bids documents, estimates, change orders, contracts, booking packages, progress billing, and final invoicing.
  • Under management supervision, participate in purchasing activities for project materials from initial quotation to final purchase orders and goods receipt planning.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of mod projects from start to finish.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate project-specific milestones to internal teams and clients as required.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as needed.
  • Perform other duties, including general administration tasks.

Your Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education, certification, or training relevant to the job duties.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a trade or related industry.
  • General understanding of project management concepts, administration, and execution.
  • Organizational skills, multitasking abilities, drive, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision.
  • Demonstrate understanding of project phases: tenders, contracts, conception, procurements, delivery.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
