About the Role:

  • Manage and grow Netcracker's on-site transformation programs, including budget planning, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales Team to support new solution revenue opportunities within accounts through contract negotiations and pre-sales consulting.
  • Represent Solution Delivery in presales activities, ensuring accurate representation of Netcracker deployment methodologies.
  • Hold Account Teams accountable for project deliverables and manage resources to ensure timely completion of program commitments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and SMEs, participating in strategic discussions on business transformation.
  • Establish and manage MBOs/KPIs for the team and interact effectively with Engineering and Product Management departments.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of management experience, with at least 3 years at senior levels.
  • Extensive experience with project management methodologies and matrixed corporate environments.
  • Required experience with writing and reviewing contracts, SOWs, and commercial agreements.
  • Able to build and execute resource plans (on/offshore).

  • Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
