At CERTIFIED ASBESTOS REMOVAL & RESTORATION INC., we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our customer service department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
* Supervise and train customer service representatives to ensure they meet our high standards
* Coordinate and schedule customer service activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
* Recruit and hire customer service representatives and provide ongoing training and development
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
