At Team Wireless Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

* Assigning sales workers to duties and ensuring they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles
* Hiring and training new staff members, or arranging for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards
* Ordering merchandise and authorizing returns to maintain an efficient inventory
* Establishing work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and customer service
* Selling merchandise and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Resolving customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
* Organizing and maintaining inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
* Supervising and coordinating the activities of sales workers to ensure seamless operations
* Conducting performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback

As a Sales Supervisor, you will also play a key role in supporting newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters. This may involve recruiting and onboarding new team members, providing language support, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed in their roles.
