Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and authorize return of merchandise.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer requests and complaints, and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
This is a permanent position with a work language of English.
