Restaurant Operations Manager

Tasty BBQ Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use, and participate in marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and reputation.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
