Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Cabinet Arts Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
