We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing orders, and reordering stock as needed.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in displaying merchandise, creating visually appealing displays, and maintaining store appearance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
