Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
