About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing project finances and schedules, ensuring quality deliverables, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional engineering license (P.Eng.) in good standing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial or mining engineering.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
