This role supports the Antoine Laoun EyeCare function by delivering exceptional value to our customers. The successful candidate will create a positive experience for patients and customers alike, ensuring flawless execution of the Patient Journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality service to customers, adhering to the behaviors and expectations of our Patient Journey.
- Accurately perform pre-examination testing and explain all required paperwork, tests, and products to patients.
- Operate the POS system with accuracy and attention to detail, collecting proper payment and handling transactions.
- Utilize clinical and product knowledge to provide coaching and guidance to patients on contact lens care and handling.
- Maintain and disinfect contact lens inventory, providing clinical support to the Optometrist as needed.
- Handle and file patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and communication abilities
- Problem-solving ability and strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with computers and calculators
- Organization skills and basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in optical or doctor's office
