Arlyn Recruiting is a dynamic boutique law firm in Vancouver seeking an HR/Operations Coordinator to fill a 14-month parental leave contract. This unique opportunity allows for professional growth and development in a friendly and supportive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer letters, and onboarding.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage benefits administration, facilities management, and coordination with other departments.
  • Benefits Administration: Handle record management queries and market research on benefits offerings.
  • Performance Management: Support performance reviews and time record monitoring.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs, develop learning strategies, manage training schedules, and coordinate staff meetings.
  • Leave Administration: Maintain leave records and coordinate coverage.
  • HR Strategy Support: Assist in policy development, change management, and other HR initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A higher education qualification in HR or a related field or equivalent real-world experience.
  • Experience as an HR assistant/coordinator is an asset.
  • Foundational knowledge of HR legal and ethical responsibilities.
  • Office administration experience.
Requirements
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to handle a range of tasks.
