Senior Gameplay Systems Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Gameplay Systems Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our Skate development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing gameplay systems that deliver an exceptional player experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and pinpoint inefficiencies in features to ensure secure implementations.
- Collaborate with designers and artists to prototype, iterate upon, and polish new gameplay systems.
- Develop tools and workflows to produce new game features.
- Architect and document gameplay systems.
- Work with the central Frostbite engine team to develop systems that can be shared across games.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training and professional experience.
- 5+ years of development experience, having shipped at least one title as an Engineer.
- Excellent working knowledge of C++.
- Experience with code/data in multithreaded Client/Server architectures.
- Experience working with a team of engineers to deliver software applications.
