Gameplay Systems Architect

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Gameplay Systems Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing gameplay systems that deliver exceptional player experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop gameplay systems that meet the needs of our players and align with our company's vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, and producers, to ensure seamless integration of gameplay systems.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure gameplay systems that meet our company's standards.
- Architect and document gameplay systems to ensure clarity and ease of use.
- Work with the central Frostbite engine team to develop systems that can be shared across games.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training and professional experience.
- 5+ years of development experience, having shipped at least one title as an Engineer.
- Excellent working knowledge of C++.
- Experience with code/data in multithreaded Client/Server architectures.
- Experience working with a team of engineers to deliver software applications.
