Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multidisciplinary projects, ensuring timely completion, safety, and budget adherence.
  • Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and meeting expectations.
  • Develop scopes of work, proposals, and reports, showcasing expertise and professionalism.
  • Mentor junior staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, driving innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in environmental or geotechnical engineering.
  • P.Eng. or P.Geo. designation an asset.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in environmental consulting, with expertise in Ontario Regulations and Standards.
  • Proven track record in geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations, Phase I and II ESAs, and O.Reg. 406/19 Excess Soil Management projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
