About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Specialist to join our team at End of The Roll Thunder Bay. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered and prepare them for installation by measuring, marking, and cleaning as needed.
  • Install Flooring: Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings, hardwood floors, and other types of flooring.
  • Repair and Maintain: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license and own vehicle required for travel to job sites.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding work requiring handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Tools and Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary tools.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized and a team player.
