Job Title: Floor Covering Installer

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team at End of The Roll Thunder Bay. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing a variety of floor coverings, including resilient flooring, hardwood flooring, and carpet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Install resilient floor coverings, hardwood floors, and carpet
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Prepare floors for installations
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
  • Employ knee kickers and other equipment to stretch carpeting
  • Perform double-bond carpet installations
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own vehicle
  • Willing to travel
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
  • Steel-toed safety boots

Work Environment:

As a Floor Covering Installer, you will be working on the road, installing floor coverings in various locations. You will be required to travel to different job sites and work in a physically demanding environment.
