Job Title: Floor Covering Installer

End of The Roll Thunder Bay is seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Prepare floors for installations
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
  • Employ knee kickers and other equipment to stretch carpeting
  • Perform double-bond carpet installations
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own vehicle
  • Willing to travel
  • Physically demanding
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Ability to distinguish between colors

Work Environment:

As a Floor Covering Installer, you will be working on-site at various locations, installing flooring for our customers. You will be required to travel to different locations and work in a fast-paced environment.
