Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Green Roof Gas Bar. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff to ensure seamless customer service
- Manage cash handling and inventory control
- 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
