Retail Store Manager

Join Green Roof Gas Bar as a Retail Store Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
