Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at Green Roof Gas Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
- Establish work schedules and manage inventory
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
