Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Green Roof Gas Bar. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Work Environment:
Our retail store is located in a busy shopping district and is open 7 days a week. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
