We're seeking a talented Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to help us shape the way consumers and our dealer partners think about car shopping, buying, owning, and selling.

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical expert to assist in implementing and analyzing A|B tests to improve user experiences and business outcomes. As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you'll use the power of testing data to enhance and optimize CARFAX products across the web and app platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and objectives
  • Ensure accurate data collection by setting up tracking mechanisms and validating data integrity through QA
  • Monitor test performance in real-time to ensure experiments are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Analyze test results using statistical methods to determine the significance and impact of the test variations
  • Create reports summarizing findings, highlighting key metrics, and providing actionable insights
  • Develop presentations that translate findings/results in a clear concise manner
  • Analyze and communicate the effectiveness of new product launches, site changes, and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on ideation, creation, development, implementation, analysis, and recommendations for all A|B testing initiatives
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for future tests based on data insights and business goals
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience with A|B Testing (Optimizely/Adobe Target) and an Analytics Platform (Adobe Analytics)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel or statistical software like Python, SQL, R
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with both web and business analysis skills
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and methods used in AB Testing
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Results-oriented – strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
  • Proven track record for problem-solving and Quality Assurance (QA) for Product and Analytics implementations
  • Ability to use metrics to manage programs and measure success
  • Ability to translate, communicate, and distill metrics into a digestible, actionable marketing framework
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
