We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Peel Car Sales Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Mail and Supply Management: Open and distribute mail, as well as order and maintain office supplies.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments and confirm meetings with clients and colleagues.
  • Information Filing: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and able to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
