Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Veg Delight Pizza Bakery & Restaurant Limited. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer seating and flow to ensure a smooth dining experience
  • Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning the dining area
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
