Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Reign Inc. as a key member of our front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table assignments to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Assist with wine selection and service, offering expert recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a 32-hour week.
