We offer a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $20.30-$25.50 per hour, depending on location and experience.
This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience utilizing professional tax preparation software, with a strong knowledge of tax laws and concepts. You will be responsible for providing tax guidance for personal tax returns, collaborating with customers to prepare and/or review their tax return, and researching and troubleshooting tax and technical questions.
We value candidates who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable working in a remote environment. If you have experience preparing and filing end-to-end customer personal returns, and are proficient in G-suite applications, we encourage you to apply.
As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will play an important role in enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes. You will also contribute to driving our goal of 'Powering Prosperity Around the World'.
Please note that this is a seasonal role with flexibility in availability and scheduling required. This position does not require any travel.
