Job Title: Senior Project Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager Lead to join our Saskatoon office. This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, owners, and consultants.

This position is responsible for:

  • Organizing and directing project workflows to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Managing project teams, providing mentorship, and leadership.
  • Creating project schedules and participating in pre-job planning meetings.
  • Managing project costs, including subtrade and supplier management.
  • Coordinating weekly subtrade meetings and attending owner meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Architectural Technology Diploma, Engineering Degree, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
  • Experience working on projects exceeding $50 million.
