About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TRADE BARREL INC. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's objectives.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees and clients.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
