About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Retail or Wholesale Specialist to join our team at Moga Meat Tandoori Hut. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

  • Cutting and Preparing Meat
    • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to prepare for processing or cutting
    • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
    • Remove bones from meat
  • Meat Sales and Customer Service
    • Weigh meats for sale
    • Price meat products
    • Sell meats to customers
  • Meat Department Operations
    • Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
    • Cut poultry into parts
    • Grind meats
    • Train meat cutters
