Restaurant Manager Job Description

At Subway (1041956 BC), we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate the performance of your team members and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Enforce Provincial/Territorial Liquor Legislation and Regulations: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of liquor.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and customers.
  • Negotiate Arrangements with Suppliers: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that we receive the best possible products and services.
  • Participate in Marketing Plans and Implementation: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our restaurant and increase sales.
  • Address Customer Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Provide Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Manage Events: Plan and execute events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
