Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Restaurant Counter Attendant to join our team at New Minas Irving Big Stop. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the serving area, tables, and counters.
  • Restock supplies and condiments as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for customers in a timely manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Reliability and dependability in meeting work commitments.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
