About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Counter Attendant to join our team at New Minas Irving Big Stop. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, including taking orders and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Table Maintenance: Clean and maintain tables, chairs, and surrounding areas to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Inventory Management: Restock supplies and inventory as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 10 to 15 hours per week.
