Your primary responsibility will be to assist our teachers in creating a conducive learning environment, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive. You will also contribute to content curation and creation, collaborating with other educators to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
Key Responsibilities- Support teachers in providing individualized attention to students, addressing their unique needs and learning styles.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans, ensuring that they are aligned with our educational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to teachers and students on their progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the growth and development of our education team.
- Experience working with children aged 4-10 in an educational setting.
- Teaching Assistant Certificate (NVQ2/NVQ3 or equivalent) or higher.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve educational goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- First language English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse and international team.
- A competitive salary of $2500 (USD) per month.
