About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team at MODEL NAILS. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Conduct research
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Organize and schedule office work
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
