Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Bayan Grocers Inc. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all activities are coordinated efficiently and effectively.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should also have strong leadership abilities, with experience in training and managing a team. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are coordinated efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Management: Manage and train a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and stored.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the warehouse is secure and free from hazards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
Working Conditions

The Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and heavy workload. The job requires the ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. The working hours are 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required.
