Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategist to join our team at MDOS Consulting. As a Senior Strategist, you will play a key role in leading large-scale transformation projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for the implementation of large-scale digital platform modernization initiatives.
  • Conduct governance reviews and restructuring for the implementation of emerging technologies.
  • Lead the development of technical debt reduction strategies and implementation through leveraging emerging technologies.
  • Engage stakeholders from multiple government departments or agencies to secure buy-in for organizational and process change in support of digital transformation.
  • Secure funding for large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Senior Strategist role leading large-scale transformation projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing strategies for implementation of large-scale digital platform modernization initiatives.
  • Minimum of 2 projects in the development and implementation of department-wide generative artificial intelligence strategies.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience conducting governance reviews and restructuring for the implementation of emerging technologies.
  • Master's degree in business, information technology, or information management from a recognized university.
  • Professional training certification in digital transformation from a recognized institution.
Nice to Have Requirements
  • Experience in developing, delivering, and implementing a departmental data and analytics program.
  • Experience in leading the development of technical debt reduction strategies and implementation through leveraging emerging technologies.
  • Experience in engaging stakeholders from multiple government departments or agencies to secure buy-in for organizational and process change in support of digital transformation.
  • Experience in securing funding for large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
