About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Practice Manager to lead our IT transformation initiatives within the Public Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of professional services consultants to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of IT transformation strategies and plans for our customers in the Public Sector.
  • Manage a team of consultants to deliver IT transformation projects, including cloud migration and IT strategy development.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to our customers and partners on IT transformation and cloud migration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and governing boards.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Practice Manager with a strong background in IT transformation and cloud migration. You will have a proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex IT transformation projects. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT transformation and cloud migration.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex IT transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of IT transformation and cloud migration strategies and technologies.
