About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Analyst to support the design phase of a organizational transformation project. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to outline new requirements and document potential alternatives for options analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with organization lines of business (clients) to outline new requirements and document potential alternatives for options analysis.
  • Support the options analysis, review, and decision-making process.
  • Develop requirements documents for the chosen alternative using business requirements templates or User Stories as per our Agile Environment.
  • Perform business analysis of functional and systems requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
  • Evaluate existing business systems and identify and document items such as business rules logic, customizations, data element definitions, and downstream impact analysis.
  • Map current state to future, if required, including gap analysis.
  • Analyze, define, document, and implement new business rules as required.
  • Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within internal business systems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems including connectivity to third party partners and clients.
  • Work with organization's IT Division in the translation of business requirements to system requirements.
  • Work with Product Managers, Delivery Leads and Product Owners in support of agile delivery user story creation, backlog refinement and estimation of user stories.
  • Establish acceptance test criteria with client support and use the selected departmental methodologies including Agile and Hybrid Agile.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst supporting SDLC / system transformation projects with agile methodology
  • Experience working in Bank, Finance, or insurance industry / systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Analysis certification
  • Bilingual - French and English
