Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Triumph Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc. as a key member of our construction crew.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
- Task Execution: Perform a variety of tasks including mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, and removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
- Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites and ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
- Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical Abilities: Be physically fit and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Training and Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills, with a focus on developing expertise in construction labouring.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
