About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Pyramid Properties Management & Construction Inc. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Team Support: Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. You must be willing to work under pressure and be physically demanding.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination are essential.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are required.
