About the Role

Megaton Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in the construction process, ensuring that our projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Operations: Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and pave and rake asphalt as required.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and piling salvaged materials, and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other site personnel to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: Must be comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
  • Work Setting: High-rise building construction sites and construction sites.
  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and a team player.
