About the Role

Megaton Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and piling salvaged materials.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Environment: The successful candidate will work outdoors, at heights, and in a high-rise building construction site environment.
  • Work Setting: The Construction Labourer will work on construction sites, including high-rise building construction sites.
  • Personal Qualities: The ideal candidate will possess accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
