Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Crepeworks Southgate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our café.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Train and develop our food service staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Manage inventory, prepare budgets, and monitor sales and wastage to optimize profitability
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate
