About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our beauty products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients to understand their skin and beauty needs
  • Make product recommendations based on client needs and preferences
  • Process transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the beauty industry
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of beauty products and trends
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
