About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our beauty products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients to understand their skin and beauty needs
  • Recommend and sell beauty products to clients based on their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our beauty products and services to provide expert advice to clients
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive beauty department
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of beauty products and services is an asset
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
