About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling beauty products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adopt and maintain a consistent sales approach to achieve results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, follow up with them to ensure satisfaction with their purchases, and inform them of upcoming events and promotions
  • Focus on product knowledge to differentiate yourself in customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive market trends and new products
  • Participate in organizing and implementing seasonal special events and gift-with-purchase promotions

  • You are a team player who engages in high-level teamwork and showcases your interpersonal skills
  • You are a natural problem solver who is intuitively analytical and creative
  • You have a passion for beauty products
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience
  • You can demonstrate behaviors that maximize the sales experience and achieve objectives
  • You have flexibility with your schedule (available to work evenings and weekends)
