About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our beauty products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients to understand their skin concerns and recommend suitable products.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and drive sales.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a beauty-related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for beauty and skincare products.
