Construction Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our project teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the project team and assisting the on-site project accountant.
- Collaborating with project managers in reviewing client reports and generating comprehensive project reports.
- Compiling reports that meet EllisDon's high standards.
- Handling incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and distributing them effectively.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, spreadsheets, and training materials.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, events, meetings, and relocations.
Are you a good fit for this role?
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration within the construction industry or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Construction site experience and a solid understanding of the construction process.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Interest and knowledge of the construction industry are highly valued.
- Familiarity with construction terminology is a plus.
